Thank you! https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=851671438686176&id=615721365429069 CTTO: CHEF ANNA OCTAVIANO for the recipe and Autolyse Method INGREDIENTS 3 & 1/4 cups all purpose flour 1 cup water 2/3 cup sugar 4 tsp yeast 3 pcs egg yolk 1 tsp salt 4 tbsp butter Tangzhong mixture: 3 tbsp all purpose flour 1/2 cup water Filling: Quick melt cheese Coating: 1 cup powdered milk 3/4 cup powdered sugar NOTE!!! Don't be afraid to add more flour if the dough is too wet or lessen the water because  flours absorb different amounts of water and therefore make doughs of different consistencies.
