This a tasty kadai paneer recipe which can be prepared easily! INGREDIENTS: For Kadai Paneer Gravy: 2 onions chopped, 2 onions for paste, 2 tomatoes chopped for paste, 1 cup chopped carrots, 2 capsicums chopped, 2-3 tsps. Of ginger garlic paste, 500 g of paneer (cottage cheese), and 2 tsps. Each of red chilli powder, turmeric powder Spice mix preparation – Coriander seeds or dhaniya (3 to 4 tsps.); Cumin seeds or jeera (2 tsps.); 8 to 10 cloves (lavang); 1 to 2 tsps. Peppercorns (kalimiri); cinnamon (dalchini); 2 to 3 green cardamoms (choti elaichi); 4 dried Kashmiri chillies; 2 tsps. Fennel seeds (saunf). 1. Make tomato and onion paste 2. Spice mix – roast all the spices and grind it to make fine powder 3. Add 2 to 3 tbsps. Of ghee (clarified butter), add the onion paste, stir and let it turn brown, add ginger garlic paste and the tomato paste, add the red chilli powder and turmeric powder, add the chopped carrots. Add a little water and cover with a lid for 15 minutes. 4. Add 3 to 4 tsps. Of the prepared spice mix; add salt, chopped onions, capsicum and mix well. Add water if required to adjust consistency. Cover with a lid for 5 minutes. Add the paneer cubes and mix well. Cover with the lid for 20 minutes. Kadai Paneer is ready! Subscribe to The Family Treat!
