1kl boneless chicken thighs
3 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp fresh coconut milk
2 tbsp Thai fish sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp grated garlic
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp rice flour
a large pinch of ground pepper
PANDAN leaves
Mix the ingredients except pandan and marinate overnight
then wrap chicken pcs in pandan leaves
Steam for about 10 minutes
Deep fry in hot oil
FOR THE SAUCE
1/3 cup palm sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1tsp salt
chillies slice diagonally and thin
toasted sesame seeds( sa akin bawal sa boss ko)
boil together till thick.
