Follow our FB page Mich Masala aur Musafir: https://www.facebook.com/Atharva.C.Badve Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/mirch.masala.aur.musafir/?hl=en Ingredients: 1 cup Puffed rice (murmura) 1/4th cup peanuts 3tbsp oil 8-10 curry leaves 2 small green chillies 1/4th tsp asafoetida 1/4th tsp chilli powder 1/4th tsp turmeric 1/4th tsp mustard seeds Powdered sugar and Salt to taste Methods: Dry roast murmura for 30-40 secs, and watch in the video for how to check if it’s done. Transfer the murmura in a bowl and heat oil in skillet. Add mustard seeds and let them crackle, then add chopped chillies and asafoetida and saute for a while then add curry leaves and saute again. Add peanuts and let them crackle. Once they crackle add chilli powder and turmeric, sugar and mix well then add murmura, mix again and turn off the gas and add salt and give it all a good mix.
