2 cup water
half tsp salt
4 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp Rice flour
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
half tsp turmeric powder
half tsp baking soda
oil for deep fry
2 tbsp oil
half tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
2 green chilli
1 onion
1 capsicum
1 tsp red chili sauce
1 tsp soysauce
1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
2 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp cornflour add 2 tsp water
1 tsp green onion
