1. The virus thing should have consequences for not treating it, like the reverse beartraps 2. The virus isnt like a blue slime on the body, it should be like changing skin from white or black to grey and veiny
3. Nemesis should say stars more often (the demy screams and huntress hums so why not)

meg escaped the entities realm for a short time.
in resident evil village, you can hear her scream once you enter the castle. meg escaped into raccoon city, but the entity followed her, and grabbed the re crew. You can see she' s not in the map, she' s actually infront of the police building. And i think leon is shooting nemsis in the trailer. Which they don' t get guns in game.
she might' ve escaped multiple times. As the observer did say in one of the first cutscenes that some people have, will have, or already have escaped the entity before. ...Expand
