@woohooitsme10014 years ago I am 50 years old, have been doing these exercises faithfully for several months and people are stunned at the difference in my looks. There is not a day that goes by that someone comments that I look great . . what have I done? It is just simple muscle toning. Yes, a lot of the exercises look silly but facial muscles are hard to exercise any other way. An unexpected bonus of the neck exercises has been a firming of my upper chest muscles (great cleavage). Before you ridicule it, try it ... 40

@KiKiTheTechie12 years ago I apply whatever skin care I'm using (serum, whatever) to my middle finger tip and massage between my brows in very firm circles until my hand gets tired, every day twice a day as part of my skincare routine. This confuses the muscle pad there so that it does not settle into a pattern and give the tell tale crease. I am in my 40s with no traces of lines there or elsewhere on my face. ... 149

@mcalislr9 years ago The interviewer's facial expression when she says "supposed to work" does not make me feel confident in this video. I think it is her way of saying this does not work.  Whats the point? 55

@ToxicBeautyBlog12 years ago Face yoga is a really valuable tool! Forget about Botox! We need to remember that stretching is so important as we age and sometimes we tend to forget the face has muscles too which need to stretch. Great info in the video! 17

@surlespasdondine2 years ago I was always creasing my forehead as a child and teenager which gave me a few "thinking lines" on my forehead. I'm 40 and my skin looks relatively young apart from that, but the lines obviously are still there. I hope I can reduce them a little bit. I stay out of the sun and wear SPF all the time so at least it hasn't gotten worse. ... 6

@mysterybat352 years ago I don't know if this is considered yoga but I've apparently gotten rid of most of my forehead wrinkles by moisturizing every other day and training my mind and forehead to be make a conscious effort not to frown. It sounds silly but I used to habitually frown when I'm angry and it caused deep wrinkles but now even I'm something is ticking me off I just make a conscious effort to poker face it. It's been a couple months but wrinkles are mostly gone. Eating blackberries and raspberries apparently helped and I didn't even know it. I had been eating them consistently for a few weeks and noticed my wrinkles were dimininishing . After googling I did find that those fruits do have attributes that help wrinkles. Who knew.. ... 1

@shehuweaves13 years ago @astronautagogo I am right there with you! I am 43 and still get carded, not one wrinkle or sag! These exercises do work!
  • @
@freedomdove11 years ago Along with these exercises, someone with wrinkles and bags and such on their face might want to consider doing some initial detox and then staying detoxified, correcting the diet (eliminating processed and junk foods--choosing organic over conventionally-grown foods), and making sure to stay properly hydrated with non-fluoridated, purified water. Beauty does come from within, after all. I would think all these things combined would do well for someone's complexion and overall health. ... 1
  • @
@howdini12 years ago You should not have to worry about it for quite a while. But paired w/ a good balanced diet, exercise (physical and facial), and plenty of water you should be good-to-go. :) 1

@Saiunai14 years ago Hmmm people may think that these techniques are stupid but I have been doing these techniques for about a week and it has shown great improvements within my skin. It has made my forehead solid, stretching out the wrinkles and improving overall texture and tone. I recommend this to anyone!!!! ...

@shehuweaves12 years ago @astronautagogo It is great that you started at a young age, I was telling my daughter who is 20, that it is never too early to start. People will scoff, plastic surgeons will try to say it is more damaging in the long run, but the proof that it works looks right back at us everyday in the mirror! ... 1

@imajeepster12 years ago I do one sort of like this....put your thumbs below your brows and lift them, then try to push them down toward your eyes. When you release, you'll see your brows look a bit lifted. I do that because my eyebrows are close to my eyes. I've started doing some of the other ones in this video and they feel really good! Just do them at home or when you're alone...i don't think I'd do them at the gym! ...

@BRTCstore12 years ago Although the muscle in your skin will become more toned through these exercises it can only prevent more sagging from happening and not get rid of what is already there. Certain products that contain elements like collagen will help reduce the signs of aging and provide lift. ... 1

@Magic_Night14 years ago Repeated facial expressions lead to wrinkles over time. The forehead is particularly susceptible to wrinkles, due to the variety of muscle movements. When we are surprised, worried, upset, happy or mad, our foreheads move, and often wrinkles become apparent. ... 1

@imajeepster12 years ago remember folks....good moisturizer too! and under-eye cream! i've been using that since I was in my late teens because I have dry skin, not because I had wrinkles! It makes all the difference, and take vitamin e supplements to moisturize from within. ...
