Honda ATC 200x Build - Part 18 - Engine Motor Top End, Jug Cylinder Studs, ProX Piston Oil Ring Gaps

Honda ATC 200x Build - Part 18 - Assembly (videos coming fast so subscribe to keep notified). In this video we will begin securing the motor engine top end. First we will be installing the cylinder studs (jug studs). The we will be measuring the 4 stroke piston oil ring gaps, both the top oil ring and the second oil ring. We will then be installing the Pro-X (@ProX Racing Parts) piston wrist pin with circlips (away from the piston gap) and compressing the oil rings into the cylinder (jug), timing chain outer guide (cam chain guide outer). Then we will be replacing and torqueing (torque) to spec all of the nuts, bolts, thrust washers, collars, bushings, adjusters, springs, seals, and crush washers, circlips, snap rings, clamps, brackets, and rubber grommets. The cylinder (jug) was chemically stripped of all the black paint by "Xpress Metal Cleaning" and then vapor blasted by "Vapor Blasting by Design LLC", and bored and honed by "ATV Motorsports" (all located in Phoenix, AZ).
