Flour: 2 1/2 cup - 3 cup
Yeast : 2 tsp
Sugar : 2 tsp
Salt : 1/4 tsp
Butter : 1 tbsp
Water : 1 cup
Milk powder: 1/4 cup
Olive oil
200 c bake for 15-17 min
Step :
1. Add yeast and sugar in a bowl, then mix warm water and let it rise for 2 min. When it activates means bubbles form on its surface then add all purpose flour , milk powder , and salt and start kneading this dough
2. If the mixture is too thin then add remaining 1/2 cup of flour and mix it
3. Once the dough becomes stretchy and bounce back it means it is ready
4. Apply olive oil on it and inside the bowl and let this dough rest for 1-2 hour cover it with plastic wrap and keep it aside
5. Once the dough becomes double in size take it out , measure it if you have scale , and divide it in equal number of balls , how many you want to fit in the pan
6. Apply butter in the pan , and start preparing balls as shown in the video
7. And place them in the pan at little distance , then apply olive oil on your fingers and gently press the pav , cover the pan with plastic wrap and place it aside to rise for 1 hour
8. Preheat oven 390 f , once the pav is rise , and oven is preheated , place this pan for bake 15-17 min.
9. Then take it out and cover it with thick cotton cloth , let it rest for 5 min. It will become soft
10. Then remove it from the pan and place it on the cooling rack ,once done then wrap it in pastiche wrap or you can put them in the airtight bags
11. Pav is ready to eat
