Previous cooking video: “Avocado Ice Cream” /watch/8nL9owW41vZ49 Follow us on social media: Instagram: schannel21 Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/sarapchannel/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/sarapchannel Coffee Jelly Ice Candy Recipe Ingredients 1 pack (25g) black gelatin powder, unflavored 1 pack (250ml) all-purpose cream 1 big can (300ml) condensed milk 1 ½ tbsp instant coffee (dilute in 1 cup warm water) 4 cups water (for gelatin) ½ cup sugar (for gelatin), optional 4 cups water Materials Funnel Ice Candy Bag (1 ½ x 10) Procedure 1. In a pan dissolve 1 pack unflavored black gelatin powder in 4 cups of water. Once dissolved turn on the heat and add sugar (optional). Stir continuously over medium heat until it boils. 2. When it boils turn off the heat. Transfer gelatin in a heat proof container. If there is bubbles on top of gelatin remove it on the surface. 3. Let the gelatin cool completely to set. 4. Once the gelatin is cooled. Cut it into tiny cubes then set aside. 5. In a deep bowl or container combine water, all-purpose cream, condensed milk and diluted coffee. Mix well. 6. Using a funnel put 1 tsp of black jelly into ice candy bag (use a stick to push it through if it’s stuck). 7. Then scoop ¼ cup of the coffee jelly mixture and pour into the ice candy bag. Leave about 2-3 inches of the plastic. 8. Twist remaining plastic until a bit firm. Then tie tightly. Repeat process until you finish all the coffee jelly mixture. 9. Freeze in the ref until frozen.
