With breaks in between) but your back and i kid you not will become less stiff and y id="hidden2"oull want to have good posture. It helps a lot with that. @MakitaVEVO3 years agoI' m going to do this (hopefully) everyday for a while, i' ll update my progress< 3. starting point: ground zero. My back is very stiff. day one: i couldn' t hold the crab hold for too long, also couldn' t lift my head off the floor while doing it. day two: same as day one. I felt the stretch a bit more. day three: rest day< 3. day four: crab hold is still a struggle but in the rest of the exercises i' m feeling more comfortable. day five: crab holds didnt felt too terrible today, but my wrists hurt a little after them. day six: rest day< 3. day five: i feel like my back is a lot less stiff than how it was on day one. that was my first week, i' ll be updating my progress weekly instead of daily< 3. week two and three: after this routine i can notice that my arabesques have improved quite a bit, but while doing the crab holds they seem to be getting more and more challenging. ...Expand360

At first i thought i could never touch my feet to head like you did on but after only 1 month of doing this everyday i did do it! @mxtchamintz4 months agoI did these stretches along with the 3 way splits for about a month, my back wasnt flexible at all and after the past month (only having like maybe 4 id="hidden24" total rest days) i can touch my feet to my head in the 4th pose if i am against a wall (to keep my knees from sliding) i am very suprised! Thi day 2: yall this was still humbling. Upper body strength is still terrible. And much hasnt changed since day 1, this was still pretty difficult for me. But of course, you cant expect to see a difference in 1 day! See yall tomorrow! Day 2 complete! day 3: did not feel like doing this at all today but i reminded myself of what goals i want to accomplish and that this is the way to do so! Very hard to get through it bc i was so tired from school and practice but overall, its getting a bit easier. Still hard but getting easier. Day 3 complete! day 4: had a bad day and sadly didnt feel like getting up to do my stretches. Day 4 not complete! day 5: upper body still weak, havent seen any progress, hoping to see some in the next few days! Day 5 complete!. ...Expand
